I like to stay active and healthy and one of the ways I do that is through yoga. I’m not going to lie, I don’t do it religiously and I’m still not as flexible as I want to be BUT in saying that, every yoga session leaves me feeling so good physically and mentally. At the moment, I’m only practicing at home with DVDs, my favourite one is Bob Harper: Yoga for the Warrior. It’s not really yoga in the traditional sense, he’s kind of flipped things around and has designed a series of poses to really push your muscles to the limits. However, you still have your stretching, breath work and all the elements that traditional yoga features. I highly recommend it!
